Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days, depending on the card provider processing times. Credit receipts are valid for 12 months.

Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

We try to maintain accurate stock counts, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the times of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would like us to proceed with a refund or credit.
